This website is run by Hammersmith & Fulham Council. We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. For example, that means you should be able to:

Non-compliance with the accessibility regulations
- The visible labels for the local authority and date dropdown selections in the Event search are not correctly associated with the fields and will not be read out to screen readers on entry. This fails WCAG 1.3.1 Info and Relationships (A).
- Focus indication for all navigation elements does not meet contrast requirements. This fails WCAG 1.4.11 Non-text Contrast (AA).
- At the end of the About fostering block of content on the home page there is a vestigial link that does not have any text. This fails WCAG 2.4.4 Link Purpose (In Context) (A).
- Some pages can only be accessed from the burger menu style view at higher magnifications or on mobile. This fails WCAG 2.4.5 Multiple Ways (AA).
- The names for the collapsible controls for each of the sub menus within the burger menu presented at higher magnifications are not descriptive. This fails WCAG 4.1.2 Name, Role, Value (A).
